Dear Customer, Being on time helps to complete the delivery successfully. If you would like to reschedule the appointment again, kindly call 0126485151 by 09:00 am to 09:00 pm the day before the scheduled date, otherwise standard charges will apply as per the policy.

Delivery fees may vary based on the customer's location or in the event of multiple products, and in the meantime the customer will be informed by customer service.

Payments:

The Site provides the possibility to purchase product(s) and/or service(s) online and settle payment online or in-store based on the method of shipping, and delivery available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For online payment transactions:

SADAD payment system, bank credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), mada cards only for those cards issued by Saudi Arabian banks through an online payment gateway service provider.

 

For online payment transactions, the customer will receive an order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized. We cannot accept any responsibility if the payment is refused or denied by the credit card / mada card supplier for any reason. You should check with your bank credit card / mada card supplier for that.

 

We do not store your credit/debit card information on the Website. All payment data entered through a website's payment gateway is encrypted when entered. Communications to and from the service provider's website are encrypted.

 

 

 

We cannot provide any of your payment information obtained via the web to other companies or individuals unless required by law. This information is processed by our payment merchant. Cancellation by Customer:

Please contact us to obtain a pre-authorization to return items before processing a return. The pre-authorization to return the materials is valid for period of (7) days from the date of issue.

 

In the event of a return as a result of a product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or wrong product being delivered, the customer will not be charged for any standard shipping fees or/and bank transfer fees. In case of return for other reasons (i.e. the customer needs to exchange or the customer changed his mind) the shipping fee or/and the bank transfer fee will be charged to the customer.

 

For payment in installments, in case of return due to product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage on delivery or wrong product delivery, the customer will not be charged for any installment fee. In case of return for other reasons (i.e. the customer needs to switch or the customer changed his mind) the customer will be charged an installment fee.

 

While preparing for return, product is in its original packaging with full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept returns for products that have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to faulty voltage connections. At our sole discretion, we may consider that a return does not meet the above criteria.

 

Reimbursement:

Unless specified, electrical products are designed to operate on 220-240 volts. If you do not have the proper fixture to work with this voltage, we do not recommend using the product. Products damaged due to use with faulty electrical sources and/or supplies will not be accepted under the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

All products sold by us have received quality control approvals and are considered functional when shipped by us. When there is any problem with the purchased product after (7) days from the date of receiving the product, it is recommended to contact the authorized service center directly from the manufacturer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to repair the product.

Incidental warranty service:

The following cases are excluded from the scope of the accidental damage protection service contract:
